Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 4 dates
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Optional:
    • 1/3 cup goji berries
    • 1/3 cup dark chocolate

272 calories, 8g protein, 34g carbs, 11g fat, 6g fiber, 14g sugar
