Smash your workout and conquer the day with this hearty chicken pizza inspired by the Hulk.

This quick meal is high in protein with complex carbohydrates and healthy fats so you can rescue yourself from a boring diet.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • 1 piece wheat naan bread
  • 4 asparagus spears
  • 1/4 haas avocado (diced)
  • 1.5 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/8 cup parmesan (optional)
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella
  • Seasonings for chicken: garlic, lemon pepper, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Steps:

  1. Set oven to 405F.
  2. Season chicken breast, then cook a nonstick skillet.
  3. Chop asparagus and dice an avocado.
  4. To naan bread, add garlic, greek yogurt, parmesan, asparagus, avocado and chicken.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 405F.
