Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 4 oz of Fresh Mozzarella
  • 6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions:

  1. Wash the tomato and then slice it into 5 even slices (slice a thin layer of the tomato off the bottom and discard, this will help with balance for the stack)
  2. Slice the fresh mozzarella into 4 even 1 oz slices
  3. Wash fresh basil and tear 6-8 leaves
  4. Starting with the bottom of the tomato, build the stack by alternating tomato slice, basil leaf, and slice of mozzarella until you create the entire stack
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the stack, cut up into bit sized pieces, and enjoy!
